1. Acceptance
By using Prism MD, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The Service
Prism MD is a markdown editor and reader designed for AI-generated content. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro plan with additional features including cloud sync, AI integrations, and GitHub connectivity.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Prism MD
- One person per account — no shared accounts
4. Your Content
You own your documents. We don't claim any rights to content you create, import, or store in Prism MD. You grant us a limited license only to provide the service (e.g., storing and displaying your documents).
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use Prism MD to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse the API or overload our infrastructure
- Resell access without permission
6. Pro Plan & Payments
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This permanently removes your account data, cloud-synced documents, and payment information within 30 days.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism MD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
